వేములవాడ పట్టణంలో 1988 సంవత్సరంలో శ్రీ రాజరాజేశ్వరస్వామి దేవస్థానము అనువంశిక అర్చక కుటుంబాల గర్పట్టి నుండి రూ॥ 1,50,000/- లతో శ్రీ రాజరాజేశ్వర బ్రాహ్మణ నిత్యాన్న దాన సత్రాన్ని అద్దెభవనంలో స్థాపించడం జరిగింది. అనంతరం కీ॥శే॥ నమిలకొండ కోటయ్య, ఘణాపాఠి గారి కృషితో శంకరమఠంలో ఏర్పాటు చేయడానికి గాను శ్రీశ్రీశ్రీ భారతి తీర్థ మహాస్వామి వారిని అభ్యర్థించగా, శృంగేరి పీఠం నిధుల నుండి షెడ్ నిర్మాణం చేసి ఇవ్వగా అప్పటి నుండి బ్రాహ్మణోత్తముల సహాయ, సహకారాలతో నిత్యాన్నదాన సత్రం శంకరమఠంలో నిర్వహించడం జరుగుతుంది. ప్రస్తుతం శ్రీ శృంగేరి పీఠం ఉభయ జగద్గురువుల ఆశీస్సులు మరియు అనుమతులతో శంకరమఠం వెనుక భాగంలో వేములవాడ అనువంశిక అర్చక ట్రస్ట్, బ్రాహ్మణ సేవా సంఘం వారి అధ్వర్యములో “శ్రీ అభినవ విద్యాతీర్థ సదనము” నిర్మించడానికి సంకల్పించడం జరిగింది. ఒక హాలు, 16 వసతి గదుల నిర్మాణానికి గాను దాదాపు 2 కోట్ల రూపాయల అంచనా వ్యయంతో ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేయడం జరిగింది.

With the divine blessings of the Ubaya Jagadgurus of Sringeri Sharada Peetham and the grace of Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy, the construction of the 2nd Floor of Abhinavavidya Teertha Bhavanam has been successfully completed.
This sacred milestone marks another step in the continuous service and dedication of the devotees and members who have worked tirelessly for the development of the Bhavanam. Built with devotion and commitment, the Bhavanam stands as a center of spiritual service, hospitality, and support for devotees visiting the holy kshetra of Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple.
The completion of the second floor will greatly enhance the facilities available for pilgrims and community activities, enabling the organization to continue its mission of dharma seva, spiritual activities, and community welfare.
